Reception

Our reception team work hard to make our services efficient, friendly and accessible and provide an important link for our patients. They are the initial contact point for general enquiries and can provide basic information on services and results. They will answer the telephones, make appointments, update the computers and manage requests for home visits, emergency appointments and repeat prescriptions. All have been fully trained and have a wealth of information at their fingertips. If you are in doubt about anything please ask, if the receptionist does not know the answer they will find out for you. A brief explanation of your problem may enable them to suggest the right person for advice, or offer the most suitable appointment. Please help them to help you.
